How to embrace or at least hold seemingly opposing narratives (as well as people who seem to have polar opposite philosophies)...

1.   Let go of the need to be right.

2.   Practice compassion.

3.   Stop judging as many things and as many people as possible.

4.   Practice self forgiveness and forgiveness of others.
